Archery Range Rules
1. Full body harness must be warn at all time when on platform
2. Two shooters at one time on platform
3. Youth shooters 12yrs old must be in present of and adult at all times
4. Youth shooters 11yrs old and under must be with Range supervisor of range or E-Board Member
5. Platform shooters may shoot 30yd and 40yd target plus 3D targets
6. Every person on platform must be in full body harness and attached to anchor rope
7. Shoot when line is GREEN only
TARGET LINE:
1. Two shooters per target
2. NO CROSS SHOOTING TARGETS
3. When line is RED there is NO SHOOTING
4. When line is GREEN you can shoot
5. No person in front of poles when line is GREEN
6. Range is open to all RRPOA and thier guest
7. No guest at 50/50 shoots
ARCHERY RANGE HOURS; Daylight hours only WAIVERS;Must be signed by all shooters
DEPOSIT; There is a $20.00 deposit on key for platform gate to shoot.
HARNESS: One will be provided at same time if you don't have one there is a limited supply so bring your owen.
RANGE 50/50 SHOOTS We will have a shoot once a month on the third Saturday at 1:00 after E Board Meetings. DATES: 4-17 5-15 6-19 7-17 8-21 No shoots durning Archery season 11-20 12-18 We will have special shoot Thru out the year to be announce as soon as possible

Membership renewals begin on March 1st. There is new paperwork this coming year for members and guests. This paperwork was put in place by our attorney and insurance requirements.
The forms are available online on the Home Page of this website. Look under Imortant Documents on the left hand side. Please complete the forms with BLUE INK only. These forms take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Doing them at home as much as you can (please leave signature blank until you are with a RR employee) will save time and keep waiting in line to a minimum. Thank you for your cooperation.
Safety

Reminder to all members that RRPOA rules require all ATV"S to have flags. This is for your safety when riding in the woods, itr makes an ATV easier to see in dense brush. If you also drive another low profile type vehicle you should have a flag. Lets all stay safe!!!!
Also a reminder that Florida Statute 316.2074 requires anyone under 16 to wear a helmet. This covers any property.
RR Green Team News

We am happy to announce that the RRPOA will be contributing to this years 2010 Great American Cleanup. This cleanup event has taken place across the country for the past 24 years. Last year, over 5,000 volunteers throughout Polk County joined in the cleanup effort.Volunteers are provided with garbage bags, gloves and safety vests. Those who pre-register by February 25th, also will receive a free T-Shirt and ticket to Bok Tower Gardens. T-shirts are limited to the first 2,500 who pre-register!
We will meet at the pavillion at 9am on Saturday, March 13th and the cleanup will wrap up with a simple lunch at 1pm.
In addition to these incentives, Keep Polk County Beautiful, Inc. has partnered with Hands on Network and the Disney’s Give a Day, Get a Day program. Those who sign up at:

You may notice on the weekends that RR has a new "Storefront". The front window at the Gate House will be used for sign ins and member information. There is a concrete walkway to lead you to the side of the Gate House for all other purchases. Lots of new items in for the Fall/Winter Season. We will have some new photos up in the Shop Area of the Website later this month.
