FAQ: How to Purchase a Membership

1 - Everyone needs an account setup to get started:
 
  • Current members already have an account and is associated with the email that the gate has on file.  If you are unsure what that email is then contact onlinestore@rrpoa.net to verify what the email address is.  If you use a different email address than what the gate has on file then your accounts will not sync.
  • If you are interested in a NEW MEMBERSHIP, then send an email to onlinestore@rrpoa.net with a copy of your recorded deed, copy of your driver's license, phone number, spouse driver's license and emergency contact information.

2 - Make your purchase: NOTE YOU NEED TO BE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE.  IF YOU ARE A CURRENT MEMBER PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE THE EMAIL THAT YOU GAVE THE GATE SO THE COUNTERPOINT AND SHOPIFY SYSTEMS CAN SYNC CORRECTLY.  IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT EMAIL YOU HAVE WITH THE GATE THEN SEND AN EMAIL TO onlinestore@rrpoa.net

  • Renew/New Membership  Dues - covers member, spouse and their children under 21 living at home or in school
  • Family Pass - pass for children over 21, parents or siblings to come to RR with member (each member can only have two) and are not subject to blackout dates
  • Guest Pass - pass for non property owner to come in with member (each member can only have one) and are subject to blackout dates

3 - We need a membership agreement in order to process your membership purchase online.  NOTE: AFTER YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE AND PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REDIRECTED TO FILL OUT THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.  Please Note: A membership agreement is required annually.  If you plan on paying for the membership at the gate then you need to do the membership agreement at the gate, if you are paying online then you need to do the membership agreement online.  The gate will NOT accept online agreements or waivers when doing your membership onsite.  If you have already filled out a membership agreement on the date of the membership purchase you do not need to fill out again.  We have links asking members to fill out the agreement posted multiple places to ensure that we get the agreement.

  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP OR NEW MEMBERSHIP: Membership Paperwork (required annually).  This has been combined to include the Membership Agreement, Rules, Waiver, Spouse Waiver (if needed) and Child Waiver (if needed).
  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 18 AND 20 TO COME THROUGH THE GATE WITH YOU: Adult Waiver (required annually)
  • IF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT FILLED OUT THEN YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
  • Upload files to your account or if you click the email giving consent to email them to us then all you need to upload would be the driver's license.
  • Note: When purchasing a guest pass we do not require any documents.  We only need birth certificates for proof of relationship if you are purchasing a family pass to bring in immediate family members.  We only need marriage certificates if you just got married and need to add your spouse to your membership or if you need to prove relationship for the family pass.  You cannot fill out waivers online for guests or family members coming in on those passes, this still needs to be done during the sign in process at the gate.
