No Guest Dates

NO GUEST DATES MEAN ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO DO NOT OWN PROPERTY IN RIVER RANCH. NO GUESTS OR SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS DURING THE NO GUEST DATES

NO GUEST DATES

The schedule is below for the 2026 - 2027 No Guest dates.  Note: at the February 2026 it was voted on to allow Workers during no guest dates.  Workers will be defined as people who either work for a legitimate business or are an owner of a legitimate business and have proof as such to provide a service for a current paid member.  Workers are to only come in to provide services for the specific member on their specific owned property and cannot be subcontracted to work for said member on other people's property.  Workers can only enter the gate in a street legal vehicle.  Workers will need to sign in and out each day.  Workers must be approved through Ms. Sandy.

GIRLFRIEND / BOYFRIEND PASS

The board has decided to allow the purchase of a girlfriend/boyfriend pass for members that have a girlfriend/boyfriend that do not live with them, ie they do not have matching addresses on their driver’s license. This pass will be specific to that member’s girlfriend/boyfriend and will not be subject to any no guest dates, meaning there will not be any black out dates at all. This pass will only be good for one year from date of purchase and is not transferable to a new girlfriend/boyfriend. You will not need to sign out the girlfriend/boyfriend like on a guest pass and they will sign in with you similar to how a spouse signs in. Cost of this pass will be $200 and will be available for purchase starting March 1, 2026.

Note: if you have a girlfriend/boyfriend on your membership since you have the same address on your drivers license you do NOT need to purchase this pass. NOTHING that is CURRENTLY in place for girlfriend/boyfriend will be changing. This is just going to be another option to members to use to bring in their girlfriend/boyfriend that do not have the same address.

Note: this pass does not mean the girlfriend/boyfriend can come to RR without the member.

Note: this pass would also cover the girlfriend/boyfriends children under the age of 18 to come with them provided they provide the gate the appropriate documents such as a copy of a birth certificate. All information on the birth certificate can be blacked out except the childs name, birthdate and parent’s name.

NOTE: A member may only hold one of these passes at a time with only one person as their girlfriend/boyfriend. If someone has a legal spouse on their file they will not be able to purchase one of these passes unless they have a divorce decree to remove the legal spouse from their membership file.

FAMILY PASS

During the February 2018 General Meeting it was approved to allow members to purchase a family pass that would be exempt from all no guest dates. The family pass can be used for the member's children over the age of 21 and/or their parents. We are also now allowing siblings to come in but you must get this approved by uploading your documents to your online account and emailing onlinestore@rrpoa.net for approval.  Siblings cannot be approved at the gate, so if you don't have an email approving your sibling, don't bring them until you do because you will be turned away.  One pass would allow their children over the age of 21, their child's spouse and their children (same as the current guest pass). This pass will not allow boyfriends or girlfriends of the child over 21, even if they are living together. Cost of the membership will be $135 and will be good for 1 year after the date of purchase. You will need to have a current membership in order to use the family pass.

We are requiring proof of relationship in the form of a birth certificate for your children to be added to the family pass. Additional proof may be needed if the child's last name has changed and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We are requiring your birth certificate for proof of relationship for your parents. Again additional proof may be needed if the names no longer match the birth certificate and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No aunts, uncles, cousins, etc will be eligible to use the family pass.

Once proof has been established, the names of those eligible to use the family pass will be printed on the member's card and a family card will be issued to that family member. It will be important that the family member have this card when they sign in next time. We will refuse to allow them to come onto the property during a no guest weekend without this card and will require that they provide proof again. These cards will be a special color to designate that they are exempt from the no guest dates. Cost of the card will be $10 (processing fee similar to guest card) and sign in will be similar to current guest sign in. Rules for the family pass will be similar to current guest rules. Family members must remain with the member at all times. They will be issued a wrist band and will be required to remain on at all times. A $20 deposit will be required when you sign in your family member and will be refunded when they sign out.

We are hoping to have this implemented by April 1, 2018 but that date can change based on database programing by the company that maintains our software. If that date changes we will make sure to notify the membership.

We have been asked about grandchildren and their eligibility for the family pass. It should be noted that grandchildren under the age of 18 are exempt from no guest dates and require a power of attorney and waiver only to enter the property with the member. This is our current rule that we follow. Grandchildren over the age of 18 are not eligible for the family pass and will not be allowed to come in on no guest dates.
