Girlfriend / Boyfriend Pass

Members can purchase a girlfriend / boyfriend pass if they would like to bring someone who does not own River Ranch property into River Ranch.  Currently River Ranch allows members to add a girlfriend / boyfriend onto their membership as a spouse if they can show proof via matching driver's licenses that they live together.  The board is not allowing members to purchase a girlfriend / boyfriend pass to bring in their girlfriend / boyfriend that does not live with them.  This pass can only be purchased at the front gate and will cost $200.  This pass will be specific to that member's girlfriend / boyfriend and will not be subject to any no guest dates, meaning there will not be any black out dates at all.  This pass will only be good for one year from date of purchase and is not transferable to a new girlfriend/boyfriend.  Meaning, if the member is no longer with that girlfriend/boyfriend and has a new one, they will need to purchase a new pass for that girlfriend/boyfriend.  Members will not need to sign out the girlfriend/boyfriend like on a guest pass and they will sign in with the member similar to how a spouse sings in.  When bringing in a girlfriend/boyfriend, waivers will need to be signed and you as the member are responsible for them to ensure that they follow RRPOA rules.  Girlfriend/boyfriend are not to utilize the property unless they are with the property owner that signed them in.

Additional Information

A member can only have one girlfriend/boyfriend pass at a time.  If a member has a legal spouse on file, they will not be able to purchase a girlfriend/boyfriend pass.  The member can only remove their legal spouse on their file by providing a copy of the first page of their divorce decree.  

This is not any limit to the amount of passes you can buy in one year, they just cannot have multiple passes at the same time.  

Minor Guests

If the girlfriend/boyfriend tied to this pass has children under the age of 18, they will be allowed to come into River Ranch provided the gate receives a copy of those children's birth certificates.  All information on a birth certificate can be blocked out except the child's name, birthdate and parent's name.  

ORV Permit

Each guest is required to have an orange ORV permit on all vehicles that utilize the trails within River Ranch.  ORV permits can be purchased at a cost of $5 each.
